Cancellation Policy

For Hair Appointments Only - Goes into effect January 1, 2024

At Sapphire Salon, we value your time and our commitment to providing exceptional hair salon services. To ensure the smooth operation of our salon and accommodate the needs of all our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation Notice:

We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the vacant appointment slot to other clients who may be in need of our services.

Cancellation Charges:

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the total cost of your scheduled service(s). This fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file that you provided at the time of booking.

Credit/Debit Card on File:

To ensure the effectiveness of our cancellation policy, we require all clients to keep a valid credit/debit card on file. This information will be securely stored and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show as per our policy.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.” In such instances, you will be charged 40% of the total cost of your missed service(s), and this fee will be applied to the credit/debit card on file.

Booking Confirmations:

We send appointment reminders via SMS to help you keep track of your scheduled appointments. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember and manage your appointments.
